The Bermuda Chapter of the acclaimed New York cocktail bar is now open at Cambridge Beaches as a dockside tavern and tropical cocktail bar with a uniquely Bermudian dining experience created by Chef Keith DeShields celebrating "roots" cuisine. A diverse fusion of flavours with Caribbean and Portuguese influences, the menu is based on recipes passed down for generations and features truly Bermudian dishes including Bermuda shark hash, homemade callaloo pasta, and cedar smoked plantain stuffed wild boar loin.

The Pink Beach Club begins the day serving breakfast with views of the sun rising over the Atlantic. Later in the day, leisurely lunches stretch into dinner and drinks under the stars. While its open-air setting may be laid-back and its signature dishes, burgers and crab cakes, perfectly complement a day spent by the sea or poolside, the kitchen never strays from the core culinary mission of utilizing only the best and freshest ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible. The ahi tuna in the poke bowls comes straight from the waters off of Bermuda while the newly plucked mushrooms in the ravioli were grown on farms nearby.

Tribe is a beautifully decorated restaurant in the heart of Flatts Village with a new fresh interpretation of traditional and modern cuisine. The dining areas include main dining with regular and community tables, a semi-private dining area and an intimate private dining room. On the upper floor is a second dining room area which may adapted to be used for education, conference and parties.     The food was superb. The flavours, menu choices and textures blended together to create a melody of perfectly balanced flavour for the palate. Together with a beautiful setting and good service, Sunken Harbour provided the perfect celebratory setting for my husband and I.

    I hadn't visited Oriental in a year as it used to be popular with us but we had a few ho hum meals so we kind of gave it a miss. We went on Saturday and I ordered green curry and it was superb compared to the last time I ordered it a year ago My wife enjoyed a stir fried rice.. Service has always been excellent but it just seemed the chef was trying new ways of doing things and it just wasnt to our liking so we stopped coming... All I can say now is keep doing what your doing and if the food is consistently as it was on Saturday past we will frequent more often and order more takaways.

    The pasta was delicious, and Chef was accommodating in making our favorite pizza Quatro Stagioni Pizza, although it wasn't on the menu. We will definitely be returning ;)
