Terra Gaucha is a classic Churrascaria (Brazilian Steakhouse) serving various of cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and seafood all expertly prepared and served by our Gaucho Chefs. The meats are served Rodizio style, meaning all of the grilled meats are presented and carved table-side from large skewers piping hot off the grill.     I had an amazing experience at Terra Gaúcha in Stamford! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The hostess seated me right away, Bryan and the other servers made me feel right at home. I started with a caipirinha, which was delicious, and then headed to the salad bar. There were so many fresh options to choose from! But the real highlight was the meat service. Honestly, it was phenomenal. They brought out so many different cuts, all cooked perfectly to my liking (medium rare). I just had to let them know how I wanted it, and it was delivered straight to my table. To top it off, I had the most amazing crème brûlée for dessert. I also had my infant with me, and the staff were really accommodating, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back to Terra Gaúcha for another incredible rodízio experience. Thanks for everything!

    We had a large group. The food was good and came at an appropriate rate. Beverage service could have been better- I think the restaurant could have doubled the number of drinks served. Al in all it was a good experience and we would go there again.
