Tinton Falls​の本格的な料理が楽しめるベストレストラン

One of the true gems at the shore. Many have tried. This is Italian at it's finest.

Our first time at this restaurant. We ate at the bar and had a great experience with our Bartender Joe. He was very attentive, explained everything and was a very energetic person making the experience enjoyable. We also met the owner, Vic who happened to be next to us with a couple originally from Brooklyn. He introduced himself and welcomed us to the restaurant and we had a nice conversation with him throughout the night. By the way the couple from Brooklyn were also great people! We had the baked clams as an appetizer and my wife had the Halibut and I had the Pappardelle with a lamb ragu. All we can say is it was outstanding! No doubt we will return as it was an overall great time!

We love I’ll Colosseo. The service is amazing and the food is delicious. Place was packed. George is our favorite waiter. Started with a perfectly made Manhattan. We shared the Il Colosseo salad which is fantastic. Then they made us a linguine vongole which was the best. The clams were tasty and delicious. Then we had the feast of resistance, the Prime Strip Steak is the best steak around. Yes, this is an Italian restaurant that serves Prime Steak and it is the best. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. They care about the food they serve. Then George recommended the Pistachio Cheesecake desert. It was light and spectacular. Can’t wait to go back.

We went to celebrate my wife's bday. The food, service, ambiance were top-notch. Our waiter, Daniel, was very attentive without being overbearing. Overall, a wonderful night!

Easy going place the food is really nice and the plates are varied and great selection. It is a BYOB which is golden in my book. Reasonable prices as well.
