Executive Chef Zack Mills creates a seasonal menu that showcases oysters from our farm in St. Jerome’s Creek, Southern Maryland — raw, roasted, and in signature dishes like Classic Rockefeller and French Onion Oysters. But, the oysters are just the beginning. Our award winning menu celebrates the bounty of the Chesapeake region by using locally sourced seafood, meat, and produce to create exquisite dishes that evolve with the seasons. Chef Mills has been featured extensively for his use of invasive seafood species, a very delicious way to help the Chesapeake Bay. We were very pleasantly surprised with what a gem of a dining experience this was. We selected mostly on location which was very convenient to our hotel. The staff were all very attentive. We had a gluten allergy diner and they not only suggested already gluten free meals but modified a meal (mussels) to be gluten free. They even carry GF bread. All of our meals were quite good from the grilled octopus starter to the Vanilla Napoleon dessert.

Nice experience. Ambiance was very nice. I felt the tea sandwiches could be much better. You could tell they were made in advance. Very small amount of food for the $90. But I’m Glad I tried it. 👍🏼👍🏼 Fyi Wait until after thanksgiving if you want to experience the Christmas theme!

The best tea experience in Washington, DC! Service very friendly and top notch. I went for a friend’s birthday and we were greeted with celebratory champagne as soon as we were seated. Willard’s Tea Room expands tea seating just off Peacock Alley. We could still hear the piano and singer.
