The Ring O’ Bells is located in the heart of the picturesque Cheshire village Christleton. Recently extended & fully refurbished to the highest standard the unique plush interior creates a fabulous ambience and compliments the pubs picturesque surroundings.The addition of The Glasshouse, a contemporary new extension, gives an exciting dimension to the pub, creating a spectacular dining environment perfect for hosting any special event. In the warmer months its fully retractable doors create the ideal inside/outside space. The restaurant has also been given a fresh new look creating a vibrant place to dine. For main meals, the new spring/summer menu includes wonderful seasonal dishes such as Orchiette Pasta with Fennel Sausage, Wild Broccoli & Shaved Scamorza and Roasted Rack of Lamb with Fondant Potato, alongside established favourites like hand-stretched stone-baked pizzas and Sunday roasts. Alfresco drinking & dining is also well catered for – when weather permits.

A new, growing-led “British Tapas” restaurant from the teams behind Chef's Table and Growing @Field 28. The menu features an inventive and daily-changing selection of vegetarian, vegan, meat, fish and game plates, each dish is crafted from Field 28's daily harvest of pesticide and biocide-free heritage produce and specialist leaf, served alongside a selection of hand-crafted cordials, cocktails and wines. Lunch Offer : 3 Plates for £20, served at lunch Thursday-Saturday. Please note we are a separate restaurant to Chef's Table. AA 2 Rosette restaurant. The Forge Restaurant in Chester is one of Chester’s best restaurants with delicious food and unrivalled service. The Forge has its kitchen front and centre in the middle of this lovely, and elegant space. Incredible dry-aged beef and wild venison will be found in the maturation cabinets, awaiting their turn on the amazing forge grill, to be lovingly grilled and roasted over beech logs. Head chef Dan Regan, a passionate chef, heads up the young, vibrant team in the kitchen. Combining amazing, wild, sustainable ingredients from land and sea into sumptuous creations that form really memorable eating experiences. We focus on British ingredients, as local to Chester. Our venison, always a hugely popular part of our menus, is harvested from herds on estates that focus on improving biodiversity and deer health – a process we call Farming the Wild.
