The Woollen Mills has been one of the most iconic buildings and businesses in Dublin for over one hundred years, and to have taken over this site is a serious privilege. Much like our award-winning sister restaurant next door, The Winding Stair, we feel like we are custodians of something very special... a piece of history (James Joyce worked here, how unbelievable is that?!) and we must do it proud! Spanning over four floors and with a glorious roof terrace overlooking the River Liffey. The Woollen Mills is quintessentially Irish, local and of its locale. Lovely as always. We had pizza and roast sea bass - both delicious. Cocktails were excellent also. Gorgeous surrounds and staff are very attentive and friendly.

I was in isabelles several times years ago and found it a very hit or miss experience. No longer in steohens day when you'd expect it to be not great they were fabulous. Food and service 5 star all around.

Really enjoyed our brunch. Staff member who seated and served us was welcoming and efficient. Caesar Salad and Burger & Chips were lovely, and both were served as generous portions with good quality ingredients. Will definitely return!

Ver enjoyable. All predictably lovely. We had a great ivy breakfast and coffee. The table for three could be a tad bigger. Difficult to fit everything on it. Otherwise no complaints
