We are driven by the passion and stories of the people that supply us. Our vision is to create a favourite escape in Montpellier, Cheltenham. As a bistro cafe, our goal is the passion to offer uncomplicated, great tasting food using the best ingredients from artisans around the world to have in, on our terrace, or to grab & go, for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Come and explore Chaplais Kitchen!you will be able to watch your fresh pizzas and pastas being made and there will also be our famous spare ribs and salad bowls. We are driven by the passion and stories of the people that supply us.together we form a community/group of artisans connected each to their own suppliers and ingredients, and ultimately to the land the land and live stock we rely on to receive our range of products and to be able to create the hand made dishes and desserts which are Maurice's very own recipe collection.
