ディナーに1人での入店だったので、緊張して行きましたが、席の向きはこちらでいいかなどととても親切にして下さいました。食事もどれもとても美味しく、日本人に合う辛さでした。注文してから運ばれてくるまでがとても早かったです。店内もとてもおしゃれで、店員さんもみなさんいい方でした。またロンドンに訪れた時に、必ず行きたいお店になりました！

本に囲まれているいる雰囲気が独特。また料理も工夫がなされ、非常にユニークでありながら、美味しいです。もっとも素晴らしいのはサービス。各テテーブルに黒服がつき、きめ細やかなサービスを提供してくれます。
