I cannot recommend Eadn Lounge highly enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm, genuine smiles that made me feel instantly at ease. Despite running late for my reservation, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me without a hint of frustration or rush. They were incredibly understanding and ensured my experience was nothing short of perfect. The service was impeccable—attentive yet unobtrusive. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making me feel like a truly valued guest. The ambiance was stunning, striking the perfect balance between chic and cozy, and the staff’s professionalism was matched only by their kindness. Really great food - everything we ate was excellent. However, the service was not as good as I had hoped - we had booked for a special occasion, but felt disappointed this was not acknowledged across the evening. We were originally sat at a table right by the door which felt like an odd choice given they knew we were there for a birthday, however we were moved to a nicer area which was appreciated. However, after we moved, we had to flag down waiters to order more drinks and ask for desserts. It felt a bit like they wanted us to leave by the end. Besides the service, the ambience was great and the food really was good. I hope the service would be better on a next visit.
