Chef Marcs’ resume includes Executive Chef of the acclaimed Russian Tea room and the ultra-seasonal Beppe restaurant.Brianne has been the General Manager of iconic places like Eataly, BLT Steak, and the renowned Loring Place - to name a few.Augustine’s will be Chef Marc’s shining example of his ability to source local and seasonal ingredients. Finding his passion while in culinary school, his vision for his own restaurant continued to grow throughout his career.     We've been going to Augustine's since they opened and we love it. Bri and Sam are awesome hosts, and the food is just amazing. Service is very good and professional. The team there is incredibly warm, welcoming and accommodating. Very clear they have a number of regulars...couples of all ages, families, individuals-- a very diverse group of diners at this great restaurant! Specials are always intriguing and delicious! They haven't skipped a beat even after recently opening a new place about 30 minutes away, which i understand is also amazing...

    Fabulous dining experience to start off the New Year! The restaurant was decorated so beautifully for the holidays! I treated my Mom and her friend out for an early dinner for New Year’s Day. I loved the Chicken Milanese with salad. My Mom enjoyed the Butternut Squash soup with mashed potatoes. Her friend loved the gnocchi’s and crème brûlée. The service was excellent thanks to Axle, James and Benjamin. The hostesses were lovely and helpful. The manager Danny stopped by to say hello too. Thanks to Kevin the bartender who always has a smile and is so kind. The music was great touch too.
