Blondette is a French-inspired restaurant, concepted by award-winning Chef Daniel del Prado, offering traditional French cuisine fused with Pacific Northwest ingredients. This was a first experience for me and I sat in Char Bar. The waitress was great, she was accommodating and attentive. I throughly enjoyed the drinks. I had the teaches of peach drink and it was so well made and perfectly balanced. I ordered the blue crab beignets and they were absolutely delicious, so light fluffy and full of crab meat. For my entree I ordered the salmon and it was crispy on the outside and so soft and well cooked on the inside. The flavor was just right. I would definitely dine here again. There’s much more on the menu I’d like to try.
