You will be seated in the famed Willard and Crystal Ballrooms, the two most iconic rooms in the hotel. Seating will be offered at 11:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. Enjoy this scrumptious presentation of epicurean delights created by Executive Chef Gyo Santa and Willard’s culinary team. I had a very lovely afternoon tea experience. I would rate all of the food five stars except for the savory bites. They were all a little on the dry side and could’ve been more flavorful. The scones and the sweets were perfect.

We enjoyed every aspect of our dinner at the Willard Cafe Du Parc. The customer service was extraordinary from the hostess to the restaurant staff waiter Martin, the Manager, the Cheff, everyone went well beyond their call of duty to make our experience an excellent one. I am eternally obliged. Every item we ordered from the menu were outstanding. No complaints whatsoever! It was a special occasion for us and the staff made it very very special for us. The hostess even called me in advance to ask where we would like to sit! That is what I call customer service excellence! My hats off to the Willard Management team for holding such unbelievable customer service and care and quality of staff at the highest levels. We will be back again. Thank YOU! Alex
