Our philosophy is to source the best local ingredients and let these speak for themselves.Older children are welcome however we cannot permit children under ten years old due to safety requirements and some mature themes within our décor. Our key focus is providing good quality food using the freshest produce, and friendly staff to compliment the stunning yet relaxed setting of Cabbage Tree Bay. The menu changes on a regular basis, to reflect seasonal produce using both local and organic growers wherever possible - serving up coastal cool alfresco vibes. The Bower is sensational. The food is divine (especially the Green Goodness Bowl) and the view over Manly and out to the Pacific Ocean is spectacular. Beyond words. The Espresso Martini at the Bower is the best I’ve ever had. 10 stars!

Food was amazing, genuinely one of the best meals we've had in 2024, really nice environment, just what Manly needed. We had the 'build your own banquet' option and every course was wonderful. If you go you must try the beef cheek taco, OMG!

Food was amazing and service excellent. Nice atmosphere and they were happy to turn the music down a bit as my wife is a little hard if hearing. Very attentive and accomodating service too. A glass of wine included with the Thursday specials was very appreciated.
