Carnegie Diner & Café offers limited reservations 30% only and 70% walk in. We are brand new and we like to accommodate all of you. Carnegie Diner features an extensive all-day breakfast menu in addition to serving a wide selection of salads, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, steaks, fresh fish, pastas, desserts and more. Party of 8 + baby and they sat us in the booth that was circular. It felt like our conversations were just for us. The room was full of customers but the sound stayed moderate. It was quite magical. Had a beautiful brunch, it was delicious and the price point was amazing. We all felt grateful to be together and dining at such a special place. Thank FF and staff

Nice experience. Ambiance was very nice. I felt the tea sandwiches could be much better. You could tell they were made in advance. Very small amount of food for the $90. But I’m Glad I tried it. 👍🏼👍🏼 Fyi Wait until after thanksgiving if you want to experience the Christmas theme!

The restaurant has a limited menu but still offers a range of choices. I had the mussels and my friend had the hamburger. Both were quite good. The chocolate/orange mousse we shared for dessert was excellent. There is a nice selection of wines by the glass, which I appreciated. The place is within easy walking distance of the National Theater, and we ate there before the show -- a perfect spot to do so.

The best tea experience in Washington, DC! Service very friendly and top notch. I went for a friend’s birthday and we were greeted with celebratory champagne as soon as we were seated. Willard’s Tea Room expands tea seating just off Peacock Alley. We could still hear the piano and singer.
