Union & Finch is an American style bistro located at 1528 West Union Street in Allentown offering lunch, dinner and brunch on weekends. The menu consists of casual fare that will include "comfort" foods along with familiar favorites with a twist. We have a seasonal rotation of select items on the menu while keeping our concept simple. Our goal is to offer quality food and drinks at reasonable prices on a daily basis with a mature sense of hospitality and playful vibe. We combine the nostalgia of a long-lost neighborhood joint with a modern bistro setting to create the area’s newest destination for relaxed, casual dining.

ZEST is the second venture for the owners of Grille 3501, an upscale casual restaurant which has sustained continued growth and success for over 20 years. Located on the 6th floor of the Gateway Building on the South Side of Bethlehem, ZEST has had the honor of being awarded the Lehigh Valley's favorite rooftop of 2021, favorite atmosphere of 2020, and favorite new restaurant of 2019. Chef Justin Cogan brings New American cuisine to life with signature dishes including braised beef short ribs and crab & mango spring rolls. The views whether you choose to sit indoors or outdoors are unparalleled. The 130 seat balcony lets you take in the sights of the southside like the steel stacks, Fahy and Hill to Hill bridges, and Bethlehem city hall in the distance.     We always have amazing food and service here. This morning's brunch was exceptionally busy. We did not mind the wait, as we could catch up with our college-age son while waiting. The wait staff was a bit slow returning to bring take-out containers & the bill, but I am certain it was due to busyness. No matter -- we will be back!

    Delicious lunch in the beautifully decorated Hotel Bethlehem. Started with the New England Clam Chowder followed by Duck leg pot pie and Ricotta Gnocchi followed by Cherry Cobbler. Drinks were Appletini with Caramel and a Woodford Rye old fashion. Our server was excellent. Can’t wait to return!

    We've eaten at the Wilbur Mansion on a number of occasions, consistently very good. Last night, the raw oysters were excellent and ice cold! The filet mignon was delicious and perfectly cooked. The asparagus, were rather uneventful. The berry tart served warm, with home made vanilla ice cream was heavenly! Lastly, David, the dining room manager was very attentive, but never intrusive, as always!
