My date was on a flight back from Paris and sat next to a lovely couple from Buffalo who suggested Giancarlo’s. And boy were they spot on!!! First of all, our waitress, Olivia, was delightful and very knowledgeable with the menu. She and the other staff were on top of all our needs. There were so many choices I can’t wait to go back and try more. The filet mignon was the best I have ever had!! My date had the oysters and was very impressed! Our cocktails were delicious as well!! We don’t know the name of that couple on the plane, but thank you for steering us towards Giancarlo’s! It was well worth it!!

Our food was outstanding! We had the filet mignon with Yukon gold mash. It was cooked perfectly. The waitstaff did a wonderful job to make our 25th wedding anniversary perfect!!

This restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience. The staff is incredibly welcoming, providing outstanding service, and the food is superb. It’s an ideal choice for a special occasion or an elegant dinner outing. The menu strikes a perfect balance, offering a thoughtfully curated selection without being overwhelming. Both the drinks and food were remarkable, with generous portions that satisfy. I highly recommend this establishment.

The bagel with lox was outstanding. As was the Avocado toast.

Best wait staff I’ve had in a long, long time, time. Request the waiter Giovani for the best service ever! Also, food was excelent.
