I asked our waiter if he could pair a white wine with it and he hit the nail on the head! My wife had the dry aged ribeye, it was seasoned and cooked perfectly to temp and the glass of Caymus was perfect, as always!! Reuben was so so great! Pizza, kids chicken tenders and burger were our other choices and we all loved it. Was quiet on the patio on Sunday night.
