エグゼクティブシェフのDomenic Tuddaは、彼の家族が経営するカルガリーのStromboli'sレストランでイタリア料理を学びながら幼少期を過ごしました。その後イタリアで広範囲にわたる料理の勉強を続け、ユニークで驚くほど本格的なイタリア料理をカルガリーの人々に届けるという両親の遺産を受け継ぐことができました。Domenicの冒険の中で最も印象的な場所は、海外での研修を終え2006年の春にカルガリーへ戻った際、最初に名声を得たRistorante Pulcinellaでした。世界でも数少ないAPN（Associazione Pizzaioli Napolitani）の認定を受けたピッツエリアの一つで、Domenicは料理のスキル、驚くべきワインの知識、イタリア料理への情熱をカルガリーの人々に示してきました。ここでは真に芸術的、オリジナルで、忘れられないおいしい食事の経験が可能です。典型的な北米のピザとは確かに異なりますが、味はお墨付きです。

Smoking our meat from 10-14 hours, people love our brisket but we have a selection of meats, trays and sides to choose from. Drinkwise we’ve got the largest whiskey list in town, and an ever-evolving cocktail list anchored by our smokey old-fashioned.
