We are a 21+ restaurant and bar. Founded in 2018 by Joel and Matthew and purchased in late 2022 by Becky and Jon, the vision remains the same: Old English pub vibes, high quality food. We loved The Shambles from the minute we walked in and now we continue the heritage of what was created before us. On the food side: high quality steaks, cut in house. Cooks who have the freedom to create seasonal dishes ranging from foraged mushrooms to house made sausages. To go with your meal, we offer skillfully made, non-fussy cocktails, carefully selected wines, a plethora of beers, sours, and ciders on tap and a a robust non alcoholic selection. We top it all off with warm and knowledgeable service.     Excellent in every way, food as well as service. Flatbread was superb as well as Risotto with chicken. Also we love sitting outside. Gorgeous setting. Highly recommend.

    Made a rez, party of 5 for brunch. Food was delicious . Gotta try the beignets and the “brock-a-fella”. Very good bloody Caesar’s and strong coffee. Hubby says not enough grits in the shrimp and grits dish. I had the crab cake Benedict, the right portion for me, heavy but super good. I’m surprised the place wasn’t busier.. I noticed some of the glassware wasn’t super clean but I didn’t say anything. Attentive and pleasant staff. We would go again.

    When entering the restaurant already feel the atmosphere of Jamaica, the color and interior design of the room is very beautiful. Greeted by a very friendly and humorous waiter (oh I forgot his name). My friend who was a birthday, she ordered a drink: "Bird of Paradise, then Empress Lavender. For shareables we ordered: "Sweet Plantains, Wings. from the Large Menu, we ordered:" Arlena's Salad, Jamaican Rundown (We are joking Jamaican Rendang 😁), Jerk Chicken, Lamb Skewers. all food we ordered taste so good !!! except lamb a little dry. All main courses are given side dishes of basmati rice. I would be very satisfied if the side dish was jasmine rice. because it will increase my appetite personally.
