Our kitchen is open 5-10pm, 7 days a week. 21 + after 8pm.We always recommend booking a reservation for your party, however we do have limited walk-in availability! Bastion is the 24-seat restaurant of James Beard Foundation Award Nominee Chef Josh Habiger. It is located in a separate area within the casual cocktail bar of the same name, and it is a part of the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood of Nashville, TN. It’s hard to find a contemporary American restaurant that really raises the bar on creativity, innovation, flavor, and service, but the Pelican & Pig provides on every front. Everything was delicious and flavorful. Our server gave us great recommendations on food and drink; he was attentive but not intrusive. We’re pretty selective about where we spend our date night budget, and we will definitely be coming back. The cook on the steak was so perfect that we’ve brought it up multiple times since last night. Strongly recommend the phyllo dough app; sweet potatoes; broccolini; and the strip steak.
