Sharps RoastHouse has been voted one of the best Seatac restaurants. We are a local restaurant and bar next door to Seatac Airport (Seattle International Airport), just outside of Seattle. We offer scratch American Cuisine, fine crafted cocktails and Northwest wine and beer. Our custom roasting works showcases our 12-hour Hereford Prime Rib, Applewood Smoked St Louis Ribs and spit fired organic rotisserie chicken. Food and service were great ! Started off a little slow but once we informed them we were on a a bit of a timeline they kicked up a notch and were great . Cocktails were a little off tonight , They asked me if I wanted my vodka tonic on the rocks?? and when it came out it tasted like vodka water . Aperol spritz tasted odd too. But the food was delicious ! Truffle fries , seared tuna salad and katsu chicken salad and poke bowl were all excellent!

The food was over the top amazing! I had the chopped Duke salad with scallops and shrimp and my husband had the cioppino which he said was the best he’d ever had. Service was excellent. Only downside for me was the noise level which was intense. Guess it’s because it’s such a popular place but really wish there was a way to make it less noisy. I don’t know how other popular restaurants do it. I honestly think that we would have eaten there again tonight since we were still in the area, but I couldn’t stomach the noise.
