In the kitchen of this Japanese address near the Olympia Paris 9th, our chef RAOUL interprets the great classics of Japanese gastronomy, but does not shy away from links with French cuisine either. At dinner, the chef takes care to imagine the menu for his customers by offering an “omakase” in 7 Japanese tapas according to their mood and the seasons. The AO Japanese restaurant also offers, like the Izakayas of Tokyo, a menu of hot and cold Japanese tapas. During the week, discover authentic tempuras, sushi and Sashimi made to order by a Japanese chef. Typically Japanese Bentos are offered at lunch.
