Opened in summer of 2020, Yalla brings a Mediterranean smokehouse to the heart of the Multnomah Village neighborhood in Portland, Oregon. With a menu of smoked meats, seasonal vegetables, and comfort dishes, Yalla is currently open for delivery, take out, and full service dining. Kachka features an award-winning menu of post-soviet inspired dishes including famous dishes such as the Herring under a fur coat, Rabbit in a clay pot, dumplings and much more. The restaurant is an homage to the dishes our chef/owner grew up eating. Kachka is open for indoor onsite dining. Walk-in lounge and bar seating are also available. Oma's Hideaway is a vibrant, maximalist restaurant inspired by the life and spirit of Chef Thomas Pisha Duffly's grandmother, Kiong Tien “Tina” Vandenberg. Her ability to adapt, to make the most out of limited resources, and to stay creative while projecting warmth and brightness is the guiding force behind Oma’s Hideaway.Born during the pandemic as a pop-up in the Gado Gado parking lot, Oma’s became a permanent beacon of iridescent light in Portland’s Richmond neighborhood in 2021. Walk-in's always welcome! Screen Door is a restaurant that presents itself as a love letter to the American South and the revival of regional cooking. Each day, the restaurant receives natural, local organic meats and produce from nearby vendors. The inclusion of regional Pacific Northwest ingredients into a menu of dishes developed in the south has created a unique flavor profile in Screen Door's menu. Many of Screen Doors dishes draw their inspiration from Louisiana and the Cajun cooking that's found there. These include our world-famous Fried Chicken, Lowcountry shrimp and grits, smoked andouille chicken gumbo and fried okra. Other items, like the house-smoked beef brisket and braised pork shoulder, come straight from the state of Texas. The rest of the South is well represented as well with a Carolina pulled pork sandwich, chicken and waffles, crispy fried oysters and a pimiento cheese & sausage biscuit sandwich with a fried egg and cheddar grits.

    Kachka has been on my bucket list for years, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations. Growing up in the same Russian-Jewish community in the suburbs of Chicago as Chef Bonnie, the experience felt deeply personal—like a nostalgic trip home, but elevated in every way. The menu was not only fun but incredibly thoughtful; you can tell so much care went into curating both the dishes and the space. The service was fantastic, and I have to give a special shoutout to one of the food runners who delivered each dish with an intensity that made the experience even more memorable. My favorite part of the dinner was sampling the different flavored vodkas. The birch flavor was phenomenal and stood out as my favorite, with horseradish coming in a close second. And do not miss the apple dessert—it tasted like something my mom used to make, but somehow even better. Kachka is everything I hoped it would be and more. I can’t wait to come back!

    Incredible. This place has been on my list of places to try for a while. Reservations only but we were able to snag a quick counter spot for an early dinner. Will be back for special occasion for sure!

    When we travel from Seattle to Portland we always try to have a dinner at Nostrana, The food is simply prepared and perfect every time we have had dinner. They serve a wide range of people from dating couples to oldsters like us. Drinks and wine also very well chosen and well prepared. Service is attentive. Be sure to get a reservation ! Dr David Celio

    Staff was extremely attentive and accommodating to my nut allergies. All of our food and wine from starters to entrees was absolutely amazing. Atmosphere was tremendous too.

    Our divine waiter went above and beyond. He graciously pointed out all the vegan options on the menu and his suggestions were spot on. After the meal, I got caught by a stopped train and a hot cookie was presented to me. A memorable experience for sure!
