It's been our go to place every month for a family night out. Service and food has always remarkable every visit.

First time dining at this gorgeous restaurant, a gift from a beautiful friend , whose been coming to this place for years and I can see why , the staff were warm , happy and attentive to our every need , recommended dishes perfectly to us and every mouthful was sublime , best service and food we’ve had for a very long time , I can’t wait to head back and enjoy it all over again . **Review of Last Night's Seafood Dinner at Hatters Restaurant** Last night’s seafood dinner at Hatters Restaurant was absolutely incredible. The seafood was so fresh, you could taste the quality in every bite. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced – truly one of the tastiest seafood meals I’ve ever had in my life. They mentioned they source their seafood daily from the Sydney Fish Market, which explains the exceptional freshness and taste. The staff were not only friendly but also very knowledgeable, making the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing dinner. Although it’s early days for their dinner service, they’re already planning to expand the menu – and based on this experience, I can’t wait to see what’s next! We’ll definitely be coming back.
