Located atop the Bridger Gondola at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Piste Mountain Bistro offers an unforgettable dining experience with views of the iconic Corbet's Couloir. Guests can indulge in delicious gourmet sandwiches and relax in a cozy bistro ambiance. Complementing the meal are creatively crafted cocktails that elevate the experience while taking in breathtaking mountainside vistas. Perfect for après-ski relaxation or a casual lunch.Lunch is served daily from 11:00-2:30PM, December 10th through April 13th. Reservations are for inside dining only and are strongly recommended. We have a 10-minute grace period. The Bistro at The Cloudveil is our favorite restaurant in Jackson, and we are there about 2 times a month. The menu is interesting, the food is consistently good, and the service is excellent.

Was a very nice dinner. Service and atmosphere were good. Food was ok. Mine was perfect but my wife’s salmon was over cooked. Good value for Jackson. Oktoberfest beer was great! Overall a positive experience. Thank you!

Service is superior!! Every dish we ordered was delicious.. ordering cabbage and arugula salads were yummy. Pork chop is the best, juicy . Salmon good too Chocolate chip cookie was great! Best Happy Hour in TOWN!

This was our seventh or eighth visit and the food remains superb and the service outstanding. Regarding the latter, our waiter, Matt, was very attuned to our needs. The scenery is breathtaking.
