2012年4月にニューヨーク・タイムズの4つ星を獲得した、カジュアルダイニングのNorth Star Restaurantは、自宅の居間をイメージしたインテリアの中で、独創的な現代風アメリカ料理を楽しめます。快適な雰囲気の中で、North Starのオーナー経営者をはじめとする、温かみにあふれた親切なスタッッフによるおもてなしを楽しめます。クラシック料理を学んだ経験豊富なヨーロッパ出身のシェフは、ニューヨークエリアの最も優れた有機栽培農場から仕入れた、最も新鮮な地元の有機食材を取り入れた料理を作り出しています。チリ風のシーバス、オヒョウのソテー、バター・ポーチド・ロブスター、クリームが入っていないけれどコクのあるスープや、自家製のラビオリなどシェフの特製メニューは高い評価を得ています。またNorth Starは、フレンドリーで賑やかなバーがあることでも有名で、木曜の夜には地元で最もレベルの高い生演奏を楽しめます。夏には、落ち着いた静かな屋外席も利用できます。子ども連れのゲストには、早目の時間帯をおすすめしています。火曜の夜には、75ドル以下のボトルワインを半額で提供しています。North Starはゲストに活力を与えるユニークなレストランです。
