Very intimate and cute Italian restaurant. The food was so delicious! We’re from Philadelphia where Italian food is the absolute best and this place was probably one of the top Italian restaurants we’ve ever eaten at. The food was so fresh too. Normally after eating Italian, we feel stuffed and so full and on our way to the nearest bathroom, but we didn’t feel like that with this food. We’ll definitely be recommending friends and family to this restaurant when visiting Aruba. Highly recommend!

Ipon arrival at the Water’s Edge, we were warmly greeted by our waitress then given a basket of warm fresh rolls and herbed butter. There was anything you could want on the menu but we chose the fresh Mahi-Mahi served with vegetables and mashed potatoes. The portion was fresh and delicious. I would definitely go back.

Wonderful food, atmosphere and service. The best meal I had in Aruba. Some of the flavors of the appetizers were unreal. The only reason I gave the food a 4 and not a 5 was that my fish entree was just slightly dry, although still delicious. Great experience and would highly recommend.

Excellent service in a really nice setting. Our grouper with octopus was excellent. Don’t split the Caesar salad as it’s very small. Great experience.

We chose Ever to celebrate our anniversary and the experience went above and beyond our expectations! The food was amazing and we both loved the storytelling prior to each dish. Highly recommend to go for the wine pairing as the selected wines really compliment the dishes super well. Lastly, the service was outstanding and we loved the personal attention they provided to each guest. Ever made sure this was an anniversary we won’t forget soon. Highly recommend and we definitely will be back!
