Every cantina is a cultural expression of the place where it is found. Gastronomy-wise, we have an extensive menu of Mexican Cuisine dishes, offering representative dishes of each state of the country, with traditional techniques and recipes (handmade tortilla, sauces made in a molcajete), along with avant-garde techniques such as vacuum cooking, spherification, foam, etc. We constantly update our menu and the chef’s recommendations with new and top quality ingredients.

HANDSHAKE BAR spans two levels, each offering a selection of our most iconic cocktails. Both spaces provide a warm, intimate atmosphere. One level is slightly larger to better accommodate guests.Reservation Duration:Reservations last 1 hour and 30 minutes, allowing time to enjoy our cocktails and unique ambiance.RESERVATION POLICIES:The maximum number of guests per reservation is six. For groups of five or more, a deposit of $250.00 MXN per additional guest is required, processed via credit card through Open Table.Multiple reservations and combining tables from different bookings are not allowed. There is a 15-minute grace period; after this time, the reservation will be marked as a no-show.Deposits are non-refundable if you do not arrive within the grace period.
