My wife and I returned once again to this great restaurant (views, service, cuisine). We had the fried artichokes as a starter --- that was a great start! I had the crab risotto for my entry ---- it was sooo good I'm coming back next week to have it again. I really loved the lemon flavor added to the dish. Outstanding!!!! My wife sampled my dish and said she will order it too when we come back.

The service and food were all excellent except for the woman maitre’d. She was somewhat rude and inattentive. Everything else was top tier.

Really enjoyed our dinner last night. We each ordered the nigiri set and shared several Ala Carte selections. Everything was well prepared, sushi was very fresh and rice perfectly seasoned. The sake selection was excellent and reasonably priced. We loved the minimalist decor, which still had a warm vibe. Tables are well appointed in the dining room giving each party some privacy. And if you take a coat, do check it in with the receptionist as you will be pleasantly surprised when you retrieve it at the end of the evening. Nice job Takai by Kashiba!

The oysters ( Kumamoto) were very good, the hot and sour soup was great, the Chilean seabass was great and we ordered some rice with thai style red curry which was excellent. My daughter ordered Opakapaka and she said it was very good too. a nice bottle of a sommelier recommended Sauvignon Blanc completed the circle for an outstanding dining experience.

The restaurant did an amazing job dealing with a power outage in nearby neighborhoods meaning it was packed! Our server was so busy managing many tables yet our drinks and meals were served in a timely manner. The food was well-prepared and delicious. Recommend pasta carbonara and spaghetti bolognese. Also, the Barbera and Chianti wines by the glass were very nice.
