Embargo is open and is the place to be on Cape Cod, featuring a chic and sophisticated atmosphere with amazing food and handcrafted cocktails. Our menu features dry aged steaks cooked to perfection, mouth watering tapas, and of course, fresh local seafood. Each meal becomes an event when shared with friends and family!PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, we do not guarantee reservations for outdoor patio seating. Tables are sat on a first come, first serve basis. If you have a reservation and request outdoor seating, you may endure a brief waiting period. All reservations are held for 10 minutes and will be considered cancelled without a phone call. Please also note we only take reservations for dining tables only.

Their founding principle: fine breads deserve to be at the center of the dining experience, not a mere afterthought. At their Hyannis bakery, the timeless art of bread making is both revered and respected. There’s never been a convenient place for cozy gatherings like this in our area before, but now there is! We’re thrilled to re-open the Captain Farris House Tea Room for the Fall/Winter 2023/2024 season and invite you, your friends, family, or someone special to join us. It’s the perfect place to unwind. Join us for a truly enchanting experience! The Tea Room is open Thursdays to Sundays from November 10th through May 12th, 2024. Seating is available at 11am - 1pm and from 2pm - 4pm. Reservations are required. Gluten-free/vegetarian options are available for an additional charge. Please inform us of any food allergies when you make your reservations.

Outstanding service was a highlight! Wish I could remember her name, but she was just lovely. Our food was all excellent. Appreciate the effort on the holiday decor, but wish there was something that could be done for the setting that lacks charm and warmth when the view is not visible. Can you put some spotlights on the water or something so that you know you are on the ocean? Appreciated the reminder that we should be prepared for a chill in the air, and it wasn't an issue for us. It was a very nice evening.

Another phenomenal meal at Leonessa on Christmas Eve. Service was well timed and professional. Every item was perfectly prepared.We shared beef carpaccio, beef tartare, halibut Crudo and white anchovies to start..Each appetizer was outstanding. Kudos to the kitchen !For our mains, we had the Chilean Sea bass special, duck ,steak, and veal with manicotti.. always an excellent meal at Leonessa but it was particularly memorable last evening .

Visiting Hyannis from out of state and decided to try Embargo. Definitely one of the best decisions ever. Drinks, food and service were some of the best we've ever experienced. Would make a trip back just to go there again. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and try Embargo.
