Many of the cocktails, entrees and desserts involve flambéing, so one of the servers was almost always doing table side service of some kind. All of dishes we tried were tasty and presented beautifully. The Wellington’s were cooked to our liking. If you want a show..order the Excommunicado cocktail. Started with the escargots and the baratta salad. Followed with “steamy hot” squash soup. The soup was creamy and tasty. We had beef tenderloin with truffle and the beef was so tender.
