Guests can expect to indulge in Top Chef Canada alum Mayekar’s bold cooking, featuring creative flavour-packed dishes that highlight the unique spices from cuisines around the world with local ingredients, alongside Winnie Sun’s inventive, element-inspired and sustainability-driven cocktails.ELEM’s food menu is an exploration of flavours and spices from all corners of the world, including Bangkok, California, Spain, Mexico, Italy, and Mumbai – all inspired by Mayekar’s extensive travels and Indian heritage. There will also be a big focus on local BC-grown ingredients.     Had a great meal at our go to keg last night which is the Burnaby Keg. Arrived 15 minutes early and it was super busy. The hostess at the front desk got us to our table early. Our server introduced himself as Tod. He gave us out standing service throughout the evening to make it very enjoyable. Our food arrived hot and was cooked to perfection. I believe the manager who we think was Barry brought our meal to our table which was a nice touch. Part way through our meal the kitchen manager who introduced himself as Sully came to check to see how our meals were. In the end another manager Bradley came to see how everything was as we were finishing up. The food in the end was excellent and the service was above expectations and is why we consistently eat at this location. We will be back.

    The restaurant had a casual setting. We went there for the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner buffets. The buffet had lots of options to fit everybody’s tastes. The food was excellent and the service was as well. Prices were very reasonable.
