Owner Greg Carelli with help from his father Gene wanted to offer guests authentic Italian cuisine in a contemporary setting that features a large open flame fireplace, mosaic tiles, natural Birch woods, and warm lighting. An appetizer of fresh mozzarella and Beefsteak tomato caprese, lightly breaded calamari or lamb artichoke meatballs will please the palate at Carelli's. We enjoyed a couple of happy hour appetizers before devouring our pizzas! The crust is the best I've had in Boulder and the toppings are delicious; Margherita and the Mais. I don't think you can go wrong with any of their pizzas!!

One of my favorite dining options. I don’t spend much time in Boulder but when I do I make it a point to try and make it over. Great cocktails, absolutely amazing food, love the ambience, and the staff has always been great. Can’t recommend enough.

Everything was excellent! Food, drinks, service were outstanding and the music bingo was SO fun. Great job Wiley. Our family of 7 had a blast and we loved the hot cider on the way out.

We were a party of eight. Not all plates arrived at the same time, which is always awkward. My food was not hot. The beef was not so tender, but if you order a steak, you should get a steak knife instead of a regular table knife.
