As the name suggests, the menu delivers a thoughtful balance between protein and produce to provide nutrient-rich and longevity-boosting dishes elevated by sophisticated culinary techniques for an indulgent yet nourishing dining experience. TULĀ’s menus are made up of powerhouse ingredients chosen for their health benefits. The restaurant also caters to a myriad of dietary preferences, including keto, paleo, flexitarian, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, Mediterranean and other specialty diets.
