Ever since the first caveman decided to slap a side of mammoth over the cave fire, man (and woman) has enjoyed the flavor of food cooked over a wood fire. At Timber Wood-Fire Bistro, all of our dishes are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. They are then cooked either over our state-of-the-art wood burning grill or in a brick oven heated by the embers of logs. Cooking in this way imparts a slight smokiness as it brings out the natural flavors of the food. A juicy ribeye sizzles and caramelizes, giving the tender beef a gorgeous crust. The homemade dough for our pizzas rises in the heat, and the crust gets to be the perfect combination of crisp and chewy. Vegetables share an entirely new flavor profile when cooked over wood. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday – Saturday, the kitchen is led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods and the menu features fresh interpretations of supper club classics, from relish trays for the table to prime rib carved tableside. Such a great find! Love pasta and love this palace. The ravioli fritters were outstanding! The Alfredo is amazing! The onlyyyyyy -1 star this place gets is for the marinara sauce, it tasted bland BUT was still good. Also, the bruschetta is a great appetizer but make sure you eat it quick! So tasty and soooo good but the oil makes that soggy if you wait to eat some with your meal. Overall, we will be back!

We stopped in for a meal before going to the Orpheum. We were quickly seated and our server also greeted us quickly. We had the Salmon Entree and the Broiled Oysters appetizer. Both were very good. We've been here before and will go again.

I brought my staff for a Christmas Party dinner. Food was exceptional. We had a wonderful time. Was so nice getting together outside the work place. This was our 2nd year choosing JGilberts for our location.
