A few of Capone’s specialities are the Capone’s pizza made with arugula, procuitto and topped with truffle oil, or The Godfather pizza made with pepperoni, Italian sausage and jalapeños. Food is served Wednesday through Saturday until 1:45 am and Sunday through Tuesday until 11:45 for your convenience and go beautifully with Capone’s wine list or wide selection of bourbons and single-malt scotch. This champagne-fueled spot located in the tony River Oaks neighborhood of town attracts a stylish crowd all day. We had chargrilled oyster, tuna n’djula, veal parmigiana, lasagna, bucatini amatriciana, eggplant parmigiana, Lee’s chocolate cake. Loved all but the lasagna. Previously had pasta bolognese which was also very good.

Great neighborhood restaurant in a good location. The service was impeccable including the employees who helped with my elderly mother and her walker. Our waiter was attentive but not intrusive. The food was fabulous and dishes were made with imagination, for example the brussels sprout salad. Excellent. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Houston.

We visited on Christmas Eve at lunch and enjoyed a nice meal served by Carlos Sabogal. Carlos was knowledgeable and helpful with selections, with everything from champagne to appetizers and mains. We had a great meal, well worth the drive of 3 1/2 hours from Wimberley.

Wow the food is simply amazing. Had the wings and mushrooms for appetizers and the mushrooms are so good. Also had a pepperoni pizza and the lobster ravioli. I can’t not say anything about anything we ordered.
