First time there but I know the surrounding restaurants well in Beaver and Vail and I can safely say that this is one of the best restaurants around. We had a delicious carrot and ginger soup and then a recommended short rib, which we split; then split another one, it was so good. Service was friendly and proper.

Excellent Bavarian menu with some more innovative pasta and fish options. Restaurant is cozy with a modern Alpine flair. We dined near the end of the season, but there was no lag in service nor attention. The salmon pasta was light and summery and the schnitzel cooked to perfection, served with classic lingonberry jam.
