East-Meets-West dishes that inspire and evoke a feeling of being welcomed into Chef Vuong's home. Little Sister's menu showcases Chef Tin's take on one of the more interesting and rich collisions of food and culture that was borne out of the European colonization of Southeast Asia. Dishes blend and balance the spices and flavors of Southeast Asia with French techniques and Dutch and British colonial influences. The menu is continually and progressively evolving, reflecting inspiration and the seasons. Chef Tin curates the restaurant's wine and beverage program with a focus on intriguing labels, both domestically and from around the world.

We adhere to the craftsmanship of traditional Japanese cuisine. Chef Kenkichi Yamamoto handpicks the freshest ingredients of the season, using them to inspire the creation of all his dishes. Our kaiseki prix fixe menu has traditional Japanese flavors mixed with french elements featuring shun (seasonal) ingredients.     We had a great experience overall. Unfortunately the kitchen and waitstaff suffered some setbacks due to unforeseen staffing constraints, which led to somewhat longer than usual wait times, yet the food and service were excellent and truly worth the wait. We had the best short rib with polenta we've ever had, the BBQ flatbread is amazing with a surprising but pleasant kick to it, and the steak is flavorful and well accompanied also! We will certainly be back, and genuinely appreciate the grace under pressure the staff exhibited to us and all the guests throughout the evening! Amazing hospitality and food!

    The food is very tasty and artfully presented. Service is great. Overall the experience is excellent. Here are some down side of experiences. The restaurant is “inside” of a restaurant. Not much choice to choose where to seat and tables are relatively close to each other. The food was served together to each table. It was a bit rushing when course after course were serviced continuously. I would still recommend the restaurant and may come back again since my kids line it.
