Four Queens Hotel & Casino​の創作料理が食べられるお店

Bramare is an excellent, relatively new Italian restaurant on Paradise Road (one block from Las Vegas Boulevard behind The Venetian). Relatively small with a great ambiance. The service was initially a bit sluggish - took a while for the server to get to our table after being seated - but after that it was really quite good. Good variety of appetizers (our group of 8 split five of them and enjoyed them all). The quality of the food was excellent overall. I had the wild boar pasta and it definitely reminded me of similar dishes I've had in some of the better restaurants in Florence, Italy. A couple of the pizzas ordered by the group were a bit underdone but generally quite good otherwise. The wine list is good - lots of good selections from Italy as well as the other major wine regions of the world - but probably needs to expand a bit if they're looking to kick the place up a notch. Most impressive was the price: one of the better quality-to-price ratio restaurants I've been to in Vegas, with a QPR that is close to (but not quite as good as) Bouchon (which I think has the highest QPR of any place I've ever eaten). Overall, I would highly recommend Bramare for those looking for affordable, authentic Italian in Vegas.
