After my last experience I wrote about I was hopeful that it was a one-off of bad food and service, and was very happy to find it was. This most recent return to Cooper's Hawk was a return to the quality of food and service I typically expected when dining there. I had a very pleasant afternoon early dinner date with my wife. The food was prompt and correctly made, the service was frequent and genial, and we were very happy to have chosen Cooper's Hawk to dine at. I very much appreciate that after the less than stellar experience my wife and I had for our birthday dinner a few weeks past the restaurant, management, and company made every effort to win back our trust and took our issues seriously. Look forward to returning again soon.

This is one of the best Italian Restaurants in Chicago! Service is excellent, all of the food is spectacular! Definitely try the Limoncello Martini!

firstly amazing food as usual but today the server kept pushing us to leave since there was us a table after us at 7. she kept annoying us from 6:20 pm and went to the extent of pulling the plate while i was eating and none of the food was over. i understand a time limit, but this is just disrespectful. she did this at 6:30 and then reminded us around 5 times that a table was coming at 7 pm.

As a first-timer, it was a good and pleasant dinner experience. The hot tapas (patatas bravas, grilled octopus, crab cake, etc) were delicious. The waiter was attentive and personable. Thank you.

We had a great meal and great time at Maya. Staff was attentive and friendly. The braised-beef nachos and sweet corn and ricotta tamales were delicious. Oh, and those filled-to-the-brim margaritas!! Yum.
