    The food was absolutely delicious. In addition to a few cocktail orders, we tried the French Onion soup, which was an amazing appetizer to our entree of Ribs, mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese. Absolutely blown away by the tenderness of the ribs and the flavor was immaculate. Totally worth the visit and would recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for fantastic quality.

    Being married for over 30 yrs; we still enjoy date night! I pick the restaurant...he follows. Lol I decided on Hemisphere after seeing posts on IG. I have flew out of MCO a million and one times. I have never realized that there was a hotel at MCO!! Mark our server was amazing! The food and drinks was delicious! I sent the meatballs back and chef Joaquin came to our table to inquire about my disapproval of his dish. After he explained the ingredients and the process on how it was prepared I accepted another order of meatballs. And I must say they were absolutely delicious 😋!! My hubby ordered the short rib & pasta I ordered the lobster risotto both were a great decision. Bread is a paid order which after tasting it I gave it a two thumbs up with garnishment that came with it. We ordered the peach tart. Beautifully plated!! Not to sweet a great balance for dessert. it was a perfect ending to a beautiful night. And the views of the airport! I recommend 7 or 7:30 dinner time to fully enjoy the ambience and the transitioning from day to night! Thanks again Mark and Chef Joaquin we will enjoyed our evening!
