Down the back there is a bright mezzanine area with a skylight and then we have some outdoor table in our lovely sun trap out the back.This brick and mortar style cafe is the love child of one of the owners, Brian. Taking inspiration from his travels around the world and his family kitchen. Twelve months later, we opened another little cave in Temple Bar and our third in a cottage in Dundrum Town’s Centre’s Pembrook District. After three successful restaurants and seven years of hard work and saving our pocket money, we decided we were grown up enough to hit London in search of fame and fortune down the West End of Covent Garden, where we hope to get a small bit part alongside Jude Law! In 2019, we were delighted to announce that we opened our fifth location in Camden Street, Dublin 2. Which is an incredibly diverse area that gives us the opportunity to present our tapas, ports and wines with a focus on Cava that does not receive the attention it deserves.

Spent a wonderful Saturday evening at the Schoolhouse with my wife and 2 young daughters. The food, ambiance and overall service from the staff were all outstanding. A special mention to Germano for really going the extra mile to look after my family. It was greatly appreciated, and we will definitely be back soon as the food was also outstanding.

I went for brunch with 2 of my friends and we all really enjoyed it. It was a bank holiday Monday so it was quite busy which meant at times, service was a little slow and it was hard to get a waiter's attention (but nothing major!) The food was really good, would definitely recommend the pancakes with seasonal fruit. I think it is good value for money too, we were all comfortably full by the time we left. Bonus: it is dog friendly!
