I recently dined at Call Me Gatsby, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was absolutely amazing; the staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. As for the food, it was nothing short of delicious! Each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. Whether you're a fan of classic dishes or looking to try something new, there's something for everyone on the menu. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also noteworthy, with a charming decor that perfectly complements the dining experience. Our server, Kevin, was great. Highly recommend just getting a crispy whole fish and most of the sides for the table, esp watermelon salad and grits!

Our Amara experience was a very good one. Our grilled fish and vegetables were delicious , good margarita! Lucas, our waiter was very helpful with our menu selections and the water views were beautiful!

This is the seaside restaurant for the standard hotel, and I would recommend eating here whether you’re staying at the hotel or if you just come to eat. One of the best hidden gyms in all of Miami. The food was fantastic. And our server Luis was even better
