Falansai ("fuh-lan-sigh") is a Vietnamese-Mexican restaurant by chef Eric Tran located in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn. The service was almost the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. The waitress stood in front of us, just staring, looking at other people talking on her phone texting on her phone. It was almost impossible to get anything we needed however, the food was well worth a return visit.
