We are a farm to table fine dining restaurant in an elegant setting with fabulous views of the surrounding mountains. The 4-course price fixed dinner menu ($95.00 per person, tax and gratuity not included) and 3 course brunch menu ($45.00 per person, tax and gratuity not included ) that changes monthly and focuses on regional seasonal ingredients many of which come from our organic garden. Aaron Edwards is extraordinarily gifted in the culinary arts. Each item on every plate is uniquely prepared in an innovative way to deliver maximum sensual pleasure in both taste and appearance. With our friendly professional servers, incredibly beautiful setting and amazing food this is way more than fine dining. It's a true dining experience! Burntshirt Vineyards presents the Vintner's Table Restaurant and Wine Bar at our Hendersonville, NC location. Founded in 2007, UMI Japanese Fine Dining serves traditional and modern Japanese cuisine in an elegant and welcoming dining room. The wait staff are warm, friendly and attentive. This restaurant offers a full bar, including hot and cold sake. Ask staff which drink will pair well with your dish. Start with an appetizer like the edamame, agedashi tofu, stuffed mushroom, ika tempura or the crab cakes. UMI also offers a variety of bento box dinner specials, where guests can customize their dinner. Choose from tofu, chicken, shrimp, beef or salmon teriyakis or fish or vegetable tempuras. Guests can order noodle-based plates like the vegetable or tempura udons or the nabe yaki soba. There is a separate sushi menu that includes many of the chef's special creations. UMI Japanese Fine Dining is convenient located in downtown Hendersonville and just off the I-26 exit.
