This spring, Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s fourth and newest restaurant will redefine the very meaning of “farm to table.” An open-air setting designed to showcase the freshest flavors Turks & Caicos has to offer, The Farm will feature an array of vegetable-centric dishes with ingredients harvested from a state-of-the-art, on-resort hydroponic farm. Created in collaboration between two-time Caribbean Chef of the Year and Executive Chef Edwin Gallardo and renowned celebrity chef Amanda Freitag, The Farm’s creations will flourish with vibrancy—from curated herbs and leafy greens to bold microgreens and more. Brunch is served 6 days a week (closed on Thursdays) until 3PM. Join us for live music on Tuesday evenings (weather permitting) with our Sushi Soiree Tuesday; an extended sushi and dim sum menu priced to share. 6-9PM. When bringing your own wine, our corkage fee is $100 per bottle, maximum 2 bottles per reservation.

An exceptional culinary experience awaits at Seven, featuring the island’s freshest seafood and steak, cooked with a blend of international flavors, spices, and techniques. Offering outdoor dining on the garden terrace or indoor dining in the air-conditioned dining room and bar. Or book the private "Tasting Room at Seven" and dine with up to 10 guests in a 2500 bottle wine cellar for a unparalleled dining experience. Please note that Christmas Day, December 25th, 2024, and New Year's Eve, December 31st, 2024, we will not be offering our a la carte menu. With 180 degree elevated views of the ocean, and beside the Bight Park the this Mediterranean, costal-living, fine dining restaurant is focused on food and celebrating life. It seeks to create a memorable atmosphere through architecture, food, service, music, lighting, and ambiance. The focus is to bring people together at the same table through the celebration of culinary art. Dishes are crafted by Executive Sous Chef Dennis Omega to stimulate the senses with delicate aromas, bold flavors, vibrant colors and textural contrast. Signature dishes include raw fish dishes, swordfish crudo, Duo of Tuna, vegetarian options such as tomato tartare and truffle gnocci, and lush dishes beef tenderloin with potato cube gratins and NY strip steak. The goal is to provide guests with a gastronomic journey - both indulgent and memorable. The restaurant is part of a larger project on the site that boasts elevated 180 degree views of the ocean The Bight by Dream Hotel Group.

Great ambience outside with beautiful breezes. Food was sooo good. I had the chicken satay which was melt in your mouth with a great peanut dipping sauce. My son had Moo Gee (sp?). Noodles with shrimp veggies and spices and daughter in law had the beef. All was amazing!! Great food, Great friendly service from everyone

Great overall experience with a combination of delicious food, excellent service and beautiful atmosphere. We had sesame crusted salmon and the swordfish. Desert was homemade Icecream and a yummy chocolate chip cookie.
