Our experience was nothing short of extraordinary! We celebrated my best friend’s birthday on Valentine’s weekend, and chose the Valentine’s Day Omakase Special, which was absolutely delicious. But the real standout dishes were from their traditional menu. The Spicy Crispy Tuna Rice was an unforgettable treat—the rice was perfectly crisped to a golden crunch, while the tuna was a harmonious blend of sweet and spicy, so fresh and full of flavor. And the Bone Marrow? It was like butter—meltingly soft, warm, and bursting with rich, savory goodness that made every bite heavenly. To top it all off, our waiter Lee was phenomenal. He was so attentive, kind, and knowledgeable, making the whole evening feel special. He surprised us with roses, complimentary champagne, and a birthday sorbet for my friend with a candle—such a thoughtful touch! The sorbet was so refreshing and a perfect end to our meal. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were top-notch, and I would rate the whole experience a 12/10. We’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Our server Michael was great, we asked for his recommendation’s and couldn’t have been happier. It did take long for our second round of drinks to come out but the floor manager walked by and took care of us once he found out. Michael also brought us out a desert sampler due to the drink issue and really made up for something he couldn’t control. We will definitely be back!

Campbell, our server, was excellent and gave us great guidance in assisting with our decisions. She was super conscientious and very knowledgeable! Our filets were perfect; I mean it’s Morton’s…expect the best since that’s what you’ll receive! You will always be pleased with your meal & experience at Morton’s! Time to make your reservation for perfection!

Everything about our visit exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, providing us with detailed recommendations and ensuring that our glasses were never empty. We have been going to Il Sogno for many years to celebrate family birthday's and special occassions. This time it was for my wife's birthday and it did not disappoint. Great appetizers, drinks and meals with outstanding service. We highly recomend this Wheaton Gem.
