Carbone is Chef Mario Carbone’s homage to the great Italian American restaurants of mid-20th century in New York, where delicious, exceptionally well-prepared food was served in settings that were simultaneously elegant, comfortable and unpretentious. His food captures the essence of that history but takes its culinary cues from the kitchens of his childhood, the great talents with whom he worked throughout his early career and incorporates his signature techniques that blend familiar and bold flavors to create the most craveable dishes.     Quiet and beautiful dining with an amazing view of the Dallas skyline. Our 5 o clock reservation allowed us to catch a great view of the February Dallas sunset and skyline lights! Jack was our server, he mentioned he usually bartends but hes definitely cut out for this role as well! We had the “Knights Templar” - Pinot noir. Relatively inexpensive bottle but worth every drop and paired perfect with our filet, boneless ribeye and lobster tail! DO NOT MISS OUT ON THE BRUSSELS SPROUTS - THEY ARE UNBELIEVABLE! Can’t think of a better place to enjoy an ambience, view, romance and dinner! 10/10

    Outstanding as always. We go to Al Bernaits for our most important special occasions, because it is always exceptional. There are other nice restaurants in Dallas that might be less expensive, but I often find myself leaving other restaurants feeling like what I got wasn't worth what I spend. That never happens here. It is an experience unlike any other in the area, and every time I leave Al Bernait's I am excitedly looking forward to the next time I get to go back.

    Really enjoyed everything and had a great experience. Busy restaurant, so can be hard to hear sometimes, but the food is amazing and the prices are reasonable. The service is excellent, a little chaotic at times, but we attended on a holiday. We will definitely be back!!!
