The stately Victorian Manor home was built in 1872 by the founder of Manitou Springs, Dr. William Bell of London, England. Our restaurant offers casual yet elegant dining in nine intimate rooms, an extensive menu and wine list complete with the option of five course dinners, featuring domestic and game meats, fresh seafood, house made pastas, poultry, specialty salads, vegetarian, and handcrafted desserts. The finely grained pink sandstone Tudor Manor displays the architecture and landscaping of an English country house complete with Fountain Creek passing through the estate. Everytime feels like my first time. Peppertree has an exceptional staff, that does an amazing job waiting and serving. From the time you come in until the time you sit down, they will make sure your needs are met. Our out of town guest, loved his meal and can’t wait to come back again. Thank you Peppertree for such a great night!

We enjoyed the atmosphere, the romantic lighting, the music playing, and the smaller scale of the dining area which gave it a very peaceful vibe. The service from Carlos and all the staff is great, so friendly and ready to accommodate anything you need. You can tell they really care about your experience while dining. The food was delicious and they had an impressive variety of specials to choose from along with a nice menu to choose from. We brought our 6 year old with us and they happily offered to prepare kid friendly options for him. The Pinot noir I ordered was really good too.

We are frequent guests at Briarhurst Manor. The meal was one of the best we have had there. The Denver Steak and Scallop & Asparagus Risotto were excellent! The server was attentive and gracious. Highly recommend for a special nice dinner.
