INTRODUCING ADAMI- A SEAT AT THE SUNDAY TABLE...Situated alongside the hotel’s main pool, guests can indulge in a tapestry of authentic Greek gastronomy at the hotel’s new restaurant, Adami. The name, inspired by the Greek word ‘αντάμωμα’ (antamoma), meaning ‘meeting,’ speaks to the desire for connection and a taste of familiarity, reflected through the restaurant’s menu made up of generations-old recipes.
